As a member of our International Division in Berlin, you are committed to the successful business in the markets of the CEE and CIS region. In the particular role as Salesforce Consultant, you lead the planning and successful rollout of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud across 35 countries, making a significant contribution to this strategic project of our mother company, Menarini.
You act as the primary coordinator for the technical implementation and localization of Salesforce Data and Marketing Cloud across 35 CEE/CIS countries.
You develop and deliver comprehensive training materials, structured hands-on workshops, and ongoing user support for local teams in the countries.
You standardize and streamline digital automation workflows, customer journeys, and data segments across the countries.
You serve as the primary functional and technical contact person for regional teams regarding Salesforce operations, queries, and troubleshooting.
You manage communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth cross-country execution.
You maintain accurate, regular documentation and reporting on rollout progress, training completion, and country adoption rates.
You hold a University Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
You possess solid professional experience in field force / digital marketing consulting, CRM administration, and/or IT project management in an international environment.
You have hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud configuration, campaign management, and rollouts.
You demonstrate a proven track record of delivering technical training, user workshops, or onboarding programs to international, multi-lingual and/ or non-technical teams.
Your expertise extends to deep understanding of CRM concepts, modern database structures and marketing automation.
You are familiar with project management tools and agile methodologies, such as Jira and Confluence.
You are fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
