International Project Manager with focus on IT systems and solutions (m/f/d)
with immediate effect
Type of contract
In this position you are responsible for the further development of selected IT systems and solutions as well as business processes within our International Division.
You lead projects to implement various functional and technical improvements. In addition to the conception and management of system and process changes, your work focuses on the introduction of new IT solutions, including roll-outs and user training. When doing so, you coordinate closely with internal clients and stakeholders at different hierarchical levels as well as with external partners.
You are the contact person for our offices abroad as well as for our employees at the company headquarters in Berlin and provide process and technical advice. As an experienced project manager, you budget and monitor costs for the implementation of your projects taking into account Group standards at all times. You are familiar with preparing profitability calculations for IT projects, analysing IT-supported processes and developing proposals for optimisation.
You work independently and in an agile manner, coordinating with all relevant functions and departments to harmonise efforts and achieve the best results.
University degree in business informatics, industrial engineering or in a comparable field of study
Professional experience in project management and project leadership, ideally in an international environment
Good knowledge of current IT solutions, field-tested experience with ERP and document management systems is an advantage
Structured and independent way of working
Strong social skills in working with different stakeholders
Assertiveness and entrepreneurial thinking
Excellent communication skills in English
