Your tasks

As an experienced Product Manager, you are committed to the successful marketing of our product portfolio with focus on specialty care and oncology. You are responsible for both the development of marketing concepts and product strategies and also the implementation of these strategies in the markets of our Eastern European and EAEU countries.

Your focus will be to:

  • Lead brand strategic planning, including middle to long term forecast
  • Develop and implement marketing concepts and operational action plans
  • Drive pre-launch and launch preparations where appropriate
  • Act as main contact person supporting our local Product Managers
  • Provide support to logistics in forecasting the products
  • Lead digital and multi-channel stakeholder engagement for the relevant products
  • Maintain good contacts with external stakeholders/associations
  • Support commercial activities and lead national and international congresses
  • Ensure appropriate and timely use of market research and competitor monitoring
  • Act as primary person in questions of pricing policy surrounding the product portfolio
  • Reconsider marketing investments to optimize sales volume and profit
  • Manage commercial brand budgets
Your profile

Your profile

  • University degree in natural science
  • Minimum of 4 years of product management experience in specialty care, preferably on an international level
  • Expertise in oncology desirable
  • Experience in key opinion leaders engagement and medical science liaisons management 
  • Knowledge of international markets, in particular Eastern Europe and EAEU countries
  • Proven success in product launch desirable
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to create a strong network and enjoy working in cross functional teams
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
