Your tasks

As an experienced Product Manager, you are committed to the successful marketing of the OTC product portfolio assigned to you. You are responsible for both the development of marketing concepts and product strategies and also the implementation of these strategies in our markets. Furthermore you are experienced in executing a communication strategy in different media channels.

You consider yourself a competent contact person for our local Product Managers and provide support for all marketing related topics. You are confident in managing cooperation with third party agencies. With your innovative thinking you develop and plan outstanding measures to promote the sale of the preparations in the countries. You oversee market research projects to confirm your strategies and gain market insights.

You analyse the market and competitor situation as well as make economic observations for the strategic positioning and development of the products on the different markets. Based on your results, you will draft prognoses on sales development in the countries. Furthermore you are involved in questions of pricing policy, reconsideration of marketing investments to optimize sales volume and profit and reporting.

As our expert at international events such as workshops and international meetings you demonstrate your excellent communication skills as well as your specialised know-how.

Your profile

  • University degree in in science or economics
  • Several years’ experience in pharmaceutical OTC product management
  • Knowledge of international markets, in particular Eastern Europe and CIS countries
  • Experience of cooperating with agencies such as creative, digital, media, market research
  • Experience in digital marketing
  • Pharmaceutical sales force experience desirable
  • Fluent English skills
  • Knowledge of Russian language desirable
  • Very good analytical skills
  • Willing to travel internationally frequently
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
