Your tasks

Your tasks

As the International Compliance Manager, you are the central contact person for all compliance-related topics for our subsidiaries and representative offices in eastern European and CIS countries. In particular, you are responsible for the following tasks:

  • Coordination of all compliance-related activities at the International Division of Berlin-Chemie in close cooperation with the offices in the countries, relevant functions at Headquarters and our parent company Menarini
  • Development, implementation of compliance-related programmes, policies and trainings for the entire region
  • Monitoring, tracking and continuous updating of compliance-related policies, procedures and activities at the regional and country levels in line with Menarini’s Global Compliance programmes and policies
  • Organisation of compliance audits and investigations and management of corrective and preventive action plans
  • Participation in negotiations with partners regarding compliance requirements, ensuring all contractual obligations deriving from licensing contracts are met
  • Monitoring of compliance-relevant legal regulations in close cooperation with Country Compliance Officers and initiation of corrective actions, if necessary
  • Management of all activities of the regional Compliance team including the coordination of personnel resources as well as the specialised and disciplinary supervision of staff
Your profile

Your profile

  • Master's degree in economics or other relevant discipline
  • Extensive experience in compliance in the healthcare industry
  • Relevant professional experience in an international environment, preferably in central eastern Europe/CIS Region
  • Experience in specialised and disciplinary management of personnel
  • Strong knowledge of anti-bribery, anti-corruption, healthcare compliance and trade control legislation
  • Excellent negotiating skills
  • Strong analytical skills and a business mind-set
  • Presentation and project management skills
  • High degree of integrity and honesty with a high ethical stature
  • Fluent English skills, knowledge of  Russian language highly desirable
  • Willingness to engage in frequent international travel
