Full Stack Drupal Architect (m/f/d)

As the Digital Innovation & Services team, we act as a nucleus for innovative, digital topics within the Berlin-Chemie Group. The focus is on marketing channels within the pharmaceutical industry. We advise and accompany our internal customers, like the internal Marketing Department, from ideation to implementation and support them in their collaboration with agencies and other external partners. As an expert in our web technology stacks, you will work across the tech stack in Web Development, Drupal, Acquia, Google and more.

We are looking for a Full Stack Drupal Architect (m/f/d) who is passionate about Drupal development, delivering high quality, scalable and secure solutions, and enjoys working collaboratively in a cross-functional team.

The position can be based in Germany or CEE/neighboring country of Germany, e.g. Poland, Czech Republic or Baltic States and requires traveling flexibility to connect to our Berlin-based team.

Your tech stack

• Drupal
• Web Development: PHP, CSS, HTML
• Project Management: Visual studio, git, Confluence, JIRA
• Third party integrations for Acquia, e.g. Opginio, New Relic, CIDAAS

Your tasks

• Develop and design websites based on Drupal (Acquia Site Factory)
• Make our environment more flexible and secure while working 
• Work with authorization protocols like SAML or openID 
• Communicate project timelines to the internal team (Digital Innovation Services) and stakeholders as needed, identify, define and communicate risks
• Coordinate with Q&A to ensure baseline criteria are met to ensure successful and timely delivery to internal customers
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and document findings to further improve our approach to the market with our web ecosystem

Your profile

• Completed university studies in the field of business administration, industrial engineering or similar
• Minimum of 3 years experience in software development (e.g. Drupal)
• Understanding of the marketing ecosystem with its technical environment and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Quick thinking and use of new concepts and technologies
• Detail-orientation and adaptability
• Business fluent in English language
